She is dedicated to addressing symptoms such as powerlessness, low self-esteem, shame, emotional confusion and dysregulation, and issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use. Rachel utilizes a client-centered and eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating holistic practices to enhance overall well-being. Megan received their Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She is supervised by Lori Martin, MS, LPC-S. Megan works with both children and adults. Megan believes that the counseling space should be a safe place where you don’t have to explain yourself or your identities. Megan enjoys helping clients find the space for self-love and better understanding themselves and their experiences. Megan provides generalist services dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress from life transitions, with a special focus on individuals who are Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and identify in the LGBTQ+ community. Megan is currently accepting cigna, aetna, private pay, and EAP’s.

Anna Cisneros is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, families, children and adolescents. Anna believes each individual has their own set of beliefs and life circumstances shaping them into the unique person they are. Anna tailors her counseling style to the specific needs of each client, yet consistently encourages clients to utilize the strengths within themselves to overcome any challenge they may encounter. Anna received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and her Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Mary’s University. Anna has 8 years experience with child/adolescent and family therapy. She enjoys helping clients with difficulties such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, low self-esteem, anger management, stress and parenting. Anna is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
