We offer private testing for ADD, ADHD, and other concerns. Most importantly we have the option to explore various avenues if we need to such as in home or at school. We use various habit changing methods that are creative and successful.

Rachel obtained her Master's Degree in Addiction Studies from Purdue University Global. She also obtained a post masters, collegiate certification in trauma and disaster counseling from Grand Canyon University. Rachel is skilled in diagnosing and treating substance use, misuse and related disorders. Rachel specializes in the treatment of adults who've experienced childhood trauma and neglect. Symptoms which Rachel is familiar with treating include powerlessness, loss of hope, low self-esteem, poor boundaries, shame, guilt, communication skills, addiction, self-harm, a general feeling of not good enough or being unlovable. Rachel also works with people who have increased anxiety, racing thoughts, depression, and thoughts of a lack of purpose or motivation.

Rachel uses an eclectic approach which centers around the client and their needs and wants. She uses a holistic approach to ensure all needs are met. This can include relationship stressors, work balance, lifestyle, and personal self-care. Rachel enjoys using a mixture of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Positive Psychology. Rachel is also skilled in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Janette received her Master of Education in Counseling & Development from Lamar University. She is supervised by Amber Kuntz, MS, LPC-S. She has experience in clinical counseling and elementary education. She works with children, adults and families. Her approach is integrative to focus on each client and their journey in life. Janette uses Solution Focused and Cognitive approaches to help focus on solving current problems, thoughts, actions and solutions in life. She has experience working with clients that are dealing with anxiety, depression, stressful life events, college transitions and career guidance. Janette’s passion is to help others and to let them know they are not alone. Janette currently accepts Aenta, Cigna, Evernorth and self pay.

Anna Cisneros is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, families, children and adolescents. Anna believes each individual has their own set of beliefs and life circumstances shaping them into the unique person they are. Anna tailors her counseling style to the specific needs of each client, yet consistently encourages clients to utilize the strengths within themselves to overcome any challenge they may encounter. Anna received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and her Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Mary’s University. Anna has 8 years experience with child/adolescent and family therapy. She enjoys helping clients with difficulties such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, low self-esteem, anger management, stress and parenting. Anna is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Lesley is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and with a minor in Addictions; and from Texas Woman’s University with a Masters of Science degree in Counseling and Development. She believes counseling begins with building a safe, open, and trusting therapeutic relationship. This provides many benefits and helps utilize an eclectic approach to bringing about growth and reaching any goals for counseling. Lesley is experienced with individuals, couples, struggling teens, groups, and families. Her experience also includes anxiety, dependency or addiction concerns, depression, crisis management, trauma, grief, self-esteem, building healthy relationships, life skills, divorce, intimate partner abuse, and parenting.
