Rachel Pavlov holds a Master’s Degree in Addiction Studies and a post-master’s certification in Trauma and Disaster Counseling. She is dedicated to addressing symptoms such as powerlessness, low self-esteem, shame, emotional confusion and dysregulation, and issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use. Rachel utilizes a client-centered and eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating holistic practices to enhance overall well-being. Her methods address relationship stress, work-life balance, communication, and self-care.
