    Schedule an intake so you can experience our passion to help and serve. We have many years of experience with emotional and serious mental illnesses, as well as with daily chllenges.

    We offer private testing for ADD, ADHD, and other concerns. Most importantly we have the option to explore various avenues if we need to such as in home or at school. We use various habit changing methods that are creative and successful.

    Anna Cisneros is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, families, children and adolescents. Anna believes each individual has their own set of beliefs and life circumstances shaping them into the unique person they are. Anna tailors her counseling style to the specific needs of each client, yet consistently encourages clients to utilize the strengths within themselves to overcome any challenge they may encounter. Anna received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and her Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Mary’s University. Anna has 8 years experience with child/adolescent and family therapy. She enjoys helping clients with difficulties such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, low self-esteem, anger management, stress and parenting. Anna is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

  • Megan Sproba, MS, LPC Associate Lori Martin, MS LPC-S

    Megan received their Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She is supervised by Lori Martin, MS, LPC-S. Megan works with both children and adults. Megan believes that the counseling space should be a safe place where you don’t have to explain yourself or your identities. Megan enjoys helping clients find the space for self-love and better understanding themselves and their experiences. Megan provides generalist services dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress from life transitions, with a special focus on individuals who are Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and identify in the LGBTQ+ community. Megan is currently accepting cigna, aetna, private pay, and EAP’s.

    Graceanne is an LPC Associate. She is supervised by Felicia Stone, LPC-S. Graceanne has experience in working in IOP, Private Practice, Community Mental health, and University settings. Grace practices with an integrative, client-centered approach using Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy approaches to help clients move through stress, transitions, anxiety, depression, and to heal from trauma. Graceanne is passionate about walking through life with people and equipping them with the tools they need to flourish in every aspect of it.

    Josiah is an LPC Associate. Supervised by Lachelle Goodrich, LPC-S. Josiah has experience in working in IOP/PHP, Private Practice, Community Mental health, and School district settings. Josiah practices with an integrative, psychodynamic and client-centered approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Hypnotherapy approaches to help clients ages 12 and up to move through stress, loneliness, transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and to heal from trauma. Josiah is passionate about helping people reach their full potential and equipping them with the tools they need to flourish in every aspect of their life.
